Meet Maximilian

Maximilian has a diverse background of experience utilizing digital media strategies to promote brands and engage online communities. He has worked with both commercial companies as well as non-profit organizations to develop web content, manage social media marketing campaigns, build websites, track analytics, and implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies.

He has also produced and voiced radio programming for broadcast in New York City and Barcelona, among other regions. His content experience includes podcasts, news reporting, music format broadcasts, and food and culture programming. For three years, he worked with NPR affiliate stations across Upstate New York filling both on-air and production roles. He is experienced with audio editing software and recording techniques, and has recorded broadcasts in both English and Spanish.

The following list highlights examples of projects completed for our clients.

Ausherman Family Foundation

In collaboration with Stillwork Consulting Group, we served as the Study Writer for a comprehensive analysis of Frederick County, Maryland’s transportation systems. The report summarized the operations and impact of the County’s buses, trains, cars, ridesharing services, and pedestrian options with careful attention paid to the strengths and weaknesses of each.

The results of a nearly 1,200 person survey were also summarized along with excerpts from interviews with Frederick County residents. The report also explored the relationship between transportation options and human services delivery, and ways in which funding streams for each could be braided together for reciprocal benefit.

St. Ann’s Corner of Harm Reduction

SACHR is pioneer in the drug policy and harm reduction field. For 30 years they have offered a range of healthcare and other resources to the most disadvantaged members of the South Bronx.

Beginning in 2017, we performed a complete rebuilding of SACHR’s website and began managing their social media pages and posting daily content. We also started writing a blog featuring investigative pieces that covered related issues such as the opioid epidemic, the AIDS crisis, and more. Over the first year, their website traffic increased by more than 160% and their average social media reach grew by 300%.

The Gifford Foundation

For over sixty years, The Gifford Foundation has provided the grants and leadership training necessary to spread broad, community based change across Central New York. Through initiatives, grantmaking and neighborhood engagement, they community assets in order to improve the quality of life for CNY residents.

In the spring of 2019, we helped The Gifford Foundation rebrand through the creation of a new, mobile optimized website, new business cards, and more. We also took over producing and designing their quarterly newsletter, which included writing profiles of grantees and program participants along with written analyses of their impact within the community.

Orthology

Specializing in physical therapy and performance enhancement, Orthology has offices in New York, Minnesota, and Washington D.C.

Orthology approached us about developing a new promotional campaign targeting the Spanish speaking community in New York City. After conducting in-depth demographic research of the area, we built a campaign that utilized radio ads as well as a Spanish language landing page to successfully attract new clients.
